(CONTRACT POSITION)

Position Description Overview
The Receptionist / Office Administrator help managers to make the best use of their time by dealing
with secretarial and administrative tasks relating but not limited to dealing with critical administrative
“emergencies”, arrangement of staff functions to sending communication to all staff.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Matric
Experience in field
Computer literate: Word; Excel; Outlook; Navision
Preferable 10 years + experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Listening and Communication skills
People/Interpersonal Skills
Organizational Skills
Computer Skills: Writing e-mails, transcribing notes, copying, printing documents
Excellent telephone manner
Can offer a warm & friendly greeting to visitors
Smart, presentable appearance
Ensuring an efficient running and operation of the Reception Desk
Good organization and prioritization skills
Self-motivated, proactive & hardworking.
Ability to listen and anticipate
