To render full receptionist cum office support administration services to the organisation

Requirements:

Grade 12 and Office Administration qualification
2 years experience
Fully proficient in MS Office
Excellent telephone etiquette

Duties:

Make, answer and screen telephone calls
Manage and co ordinate diaries of both Directors of the company
Arrange functions, workshops and meetings, including venues, and catering
Capture and record all expense receipts and keep these up to date for reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Ordering and keeping an up-to-date stock record of stationery
Preparing professional PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.
Taking Minutes in various meetings
