Our client, an established specialist in passive Fire Protection as well as the supply of Fire Doors and Frames to the Western Cape is seeking a competent Front of House Administrator / Receptionist. Working with the owners and senior members of staff, you will provide valuable assistance and take responsibilities for the following tasks.

• Answer phone and take messages
• Receive customers / clients
• Receive and manage enquiries from the factory and clients.
• Offer support administratively to the office manager.
• Capture and process Delivery Notes in accordance with internal procedures.
• Take receipt of stock, materials and consumables.

Key requirements:
• Matric
• 2 – 3 years proven general office administration experience.
• Experience within an office environment / manufacturing / construction will be ideal
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Highly detail orientated, organised and thorough by nature
• Flexible attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Be able to communicate well in English and conduct yourself professionally with staff and clients
• Driver’s license and own transport (ideal)
