Hi,

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to be based at our Cape Town office.

You will be responsible for:
Maintain a professional reception areas
Professional call handling and visitor coordination
Secretarial support to the Directors
Deliveries / Collections
Courier collections and drop off
Post handling
Petty cash reconciliation
Office Management
Arrange and set up for functions as required
Manage office services and contracts
Report and manage building incidents
Track inspection date records (aircon, fire equipment)
Proper filing of all building documents
Stock control and expense management
Cleaning products
Groceries – monthly purchasing
Manage budget – ensure cost saving
Manage and distribute keys and access cards to all staff

Min Requirements
2 - 4 years Receptionist experience
Have a good understanding of how a switchboard operates
1 - 2 years Administration experience
MS Office Suite (Intermediate – essential)
