A large national corporate company are looking to employ a receptionist for their offices based in Woodmead Gauteng.

Min Req

Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar pressurized position and environment

Proficient in Business English

Excellent English communication and telephone skills

Computer literacy , MS Office and Email management

Must have worked on a corporate Switchboard

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas:

Receive and direct all visitors to the company

Handle all incoming calls professionally and redirect as necessary

Advise Security daily of all pending visitors

Assist applicants with the completion of application forms and direct to the appropriate office

Assist with other admin function as may be allocated

Deal speedily with all matters arriving in reception

Protect the integrity of the company at all times

Assist others as and when required

Comply with safety regulations

Maintain good housekeeping

Ensure reception is neat and tidy at all times
