Responsibilities of the role include:
* Manage the small switchboard, incoming calls and queries, meeting and greeting clients, handling client queries and assistance with overflow of calls from the call centre
* Invoicing, filing and general related admin tasks as required
* Provide advice on product application to customers
* Liaise with couriers

Purpose:
Ensure the professional image of the company is maintained for all walk-in visitors & customers and the efficient management and directing of calls received at switchboard to support the company brand and reputation – Assistance and support to the over flow of calls from the call centre (Call centre experience will be a benefit to this role)

Requirements:
* Minimum of a Matric / Grade 12
* At least two years working experience in a similar front line
* Bilingual with an African language (Xhosa, Venda, Zulu) – English Afrikaans (Professional communication skills very important)
* Computer literacy i.e. Word, Excel, MS Office, Outlook
* Good telephone voice and manner
* Well groomed, well presented, friendly
* Excellent Communication and multi-tasking abilities
* Telephone management and receptionist skills
* Knowledge of customer service standards
* The candidate needs to possess an out-going and strong personality
* Must be a responsible person who takes pride in their work
* Must have an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
* Clear criminal record
