Grade 12
Experience of an accounting package such as Pastel or Syspro an advantage
Must be fully computer literate – Word Excel
SYSPRO experience an advantage
Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently, not negotiable
Must be presentable
Able to manage a busy switchboard and reception area
Able to manage the cash till
Willing to work every alternate Saturday from 07h30 to
Must have own reliable transport to get to work and back

Duties:
Manage switchboard
Manage a busy reception
Receiving e mails and distribution thereof
Assist with cash till duties
