Receptionist

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
? Handling of incoming and outgoing calls by means of a friendly and well-informed service
? Assist with client liaison functions
? Provide support to the sales department
? Ad hoc general administration duties
Qualifications and experience:
? Matriculated
? Basic administration experience
Knowledge and Skills required:
? Computer literate (at least MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
? Good verbal and writing skills
? Basic administrative skills (e.g. typing, filing, returning calls, taking messages, visitors’ log sheets, etc.)
? Telephone etiquette
Competencies and Behaviours:
? Teamwork, co-ordination, planning and organizing, accuracy and attention to detail
Personal Attributes:
? Friendly disposition, peoples person, compassion and integrity, confidential
? Maintain professional image
? Neat and appropriate attire
