Highly mature, client centric and professional receptionist needed by a well established fund administration company in Cape Town CBD.

Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant personnel.
Manage the switchboard in a professional manner.
Take and relay messages effectively and efficiently.
Events coordination eg birthdays and anniversaries.
Manage meetings including booking of boardrooms, organising refreshments, parking bays or an equipment needed for the meetings.
Facilities management.
Admin duties within the call centre.

Requirements:
Grade 12
A tertiary qualification in Public Management
2 years Relevant experience - Trust and Beneficiary experience preferred.
Ability to read and write fluently in Xhosa, Zulu, Tswana, Tsonga etc
High levels of integrity, professionalism, independance, energy, assertiveness among other things
