Job Description:
Receptionist

Our Client, an international specialist banking and asset management group, is seeking a DYNAMIC Receptionist to join their amazing team based in George.
• Extensive Interaction with clients
• Excellent understanding of the different areas of the business and product focus
• Directing and escorting clients from reception area to meeting rooms
• Answer switchboard, screen and direct calls
• Take and relay messages
• Provide information to callers
• Greet and direct persons entering organization
• Deal with client queries and from the public
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• General administrative and clerical support (Statements, system queries, data capture etc)
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Assist with setting up meetings, video conference bookings and function arrangements
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Assist with event co-ordination, catering and hosting of clients
• Ordering of client gifts and other office requirements
• Co-ordinating contractors and office repair requirements
Grade 12
Relevant Tertiary qualification
2 – 3 years Reception or related Client service experience
Passionate about high level Client Service
Proven track record of high level Client Liaison
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Proven telephone and computer skills
Market related
