Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) is the largest automaker in South Africa, manufacturing no fewer than five individual models (Hilux, Fortuner, Corolla, Corolla Quest and Quantum) as well as selected Hino and Dyna models. In 2016, Toyota invested over R6,1 billion to facilitate production of the all-new Hilux and Fortuner at its Prospecton plant.


Duties and responsibilities:

Housekeeping of reception area
Meet and direct visitors to relevant meetings
Deal with enquiries
Take accurate messages for staff
Ensure switchboard is always answered
Check stock going out to customers
Handling of POD register
Check stock when receiving shipments and dispatching of shipments
Ordering PPE for all sites
Ordering Stationery for all sites
Drum Exchange, arranging collections, counting drums outside
Sending samples and packaging
Filling in the reception area
Taking minutes of all meetings
Vehicle servicing, Tyres and maintenance
Medical assessments
Sourcing usages monthly and updating graphs
Scanning of invoices and POD’s to customers
Assisting with stock takes
Monitoring charts
Transfer sheets for Branches
Scanning of all ISO documentation
