Qualification Required
Minimum Grade 12 and any relevant Administration Certificate/Diploma
2+ Years of previous experience within a role of Receptionist/Secretary
Experience Required
Computer Literacy
MS Office (Excel & Word), Outlook and Internet, Excel very good
Skills Required
? Fully Bilingual - English/Afrikaans
? Excellent Telephone Etiquette
? Well-presented and spoken
? Able to interact on all levels and be professional within a frontline position at all times

Key Responsibilities
? Manage and operate the Switchboard facility - basic system
? Receive clients to reception area within a professional manner
? Manage a very busy diary by setting up appointments/confirmation of appointments/bookings
? Ensure that all messages en necessary correspondences is relayed timeously to the relevant staff/management team
? Maintain company database and keep updated by capturing correct/latest information on a daily basis
? Typing of all company documents and relevant literature if/when needed
? Make Tea/Coffee & Refreshments
? Manage Petty Cash
? Purchase of sundries
? Coordinate and oversee service providers
? General duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
? Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
? Retrieve documents from filing system
? Handle requests for information and data
? Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
? Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
? Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Salary Offered: R9000 per month
