To Whom It May Concern: We are looking for well groomed, friendly, bilingual (English / Afrikaans) receptionist for 5 months starting 01/08/2012 to 31/12/2012. Duties will include: Answering the phone, make client appointment, typing, manual receipting and invoicing, filing, faxing, emailing and using the till. Working hours are from 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday Plus Saturdays from 08:00am - 13:00pm. Preferably own transport. However "My City Bus" transport stops outside our offfice block on Marine Drive.
