Recovery/Liability Specialist with relevant short term insurance experience and qualifications, required to generate maximum savings, prevent fraud and manage expenditure, through validating Third Party Claims.

Minimum requirements:
• 150 NQF4 FAIS Credits
• Compliant for PL and Commercial Insurance
• RE5 essential
• Short Term Insurance experience essential

Responsibilities:
• Accurate administration of Third Party Recovery and Liability Claims
• Validate TP claims – investigate, apply expertise, utilise resources and interview customers and other parties
• Effective costing of claims
• Maintain acceptable claims expenditure ratio
• Uphold SLA’s and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Relationship management with all stakeholders
• Adhere to TCF principles
• Validate factual information on TP Claims
• Investigate merits
• Negotiations
• Compile reports with recommendations
• Provide clarity on escalated matters
• Record evidence relevant to TP Claims
