Recruiter, Sales & Account Manager
Dynamic company urgently seeking an experienced recruiter, sales and account manager. Candidate must be hard-working, with excellent communication skills and a solid social network. Candidate will be required to work partly from home and partly from the office as required. Must have own reliable transport and a valid drivers’ license.
Candidate will be paid an hourly rate as well as commission on sales.
Candidate must be able to work independently and proactively, be a deal closer and be a good relationship builder. Must be able to cope with pressure, and have a professional demeanor & appearance.
Candidate must be a go-getter.
Sales & Account Manager Duties
• Development of annual plan for each account
• Preparation of operational action plan including forecasting and follow up
• Achieve pre-defined sales targets
• Generates new business & retains & develops existing customers
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Recruiter Duties
• 3 – 4 years recruitment experience
• Posting of jobs to appropriate job boards etc.
• Source & recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen resumes & job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable selection methods & tools
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
