Recruiter Agent /Talent Partner – East Rand

Experienced, ethical and hands on customer centric recruiter agent with strong business development, sales, administration and computer literacy required for a stable and reputable (15yrs) self employed and seasoned BEE recruitment company. The position is ideal for a home based/flexible incumbent (applicant interviews venue to be pre booked) and will be employed on a commission only basis, ideally based in the Benoni/Boksburg areas with own laptop, wifi/internet, reliable transport with at least 3plus years full recruitment and business development experience, commission structure will be negotiated and customised for each recruitment project assignment

 

Overview of position function and requirements

  • Full  Recruitment and Talent Partnering duties
  • Business Development in the East Rand (Benoni, Boksburg, Jet Park, Bartlett, Isando, Springs, Brakpan etc)
  • Targeting all levels of business for Permanent Placements, Response Handling, Resourcing Projects, Employee Risk Screening, Brain Profile Assessments

 

Job functions

  • Recruitment advertising 
  • Response Handling 
  • Applicant Screening (telephonic and face to face interviews)
  • Applicant risk screening (integrity checks, references, etc)
  • Placement and post placement coordination
  • Talent Partnering projects

Profile/experience:

  • Recruitment experience in a commission only environment 
  • Sales driven (able to identify opportunities and have the confidence to approach potential clients, business development, telemarketing and after sales follow ups)
  • Target/Sales driven 
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Administration (processing CV's for referral timeously, email turnaround times, ensuring administration process is followed through for compliance purposes, reporting on activity and opportunities)
  • Marketing Profile (well presented, good verbal and written communication skills, networking skills, able to network locally, represent the company in a professional manner and keep abreast of recruitment and local East Rand activity)
  • Self motivated (able to operate autonomously and responsibly within a framework)
  • Customer centric (friendly and approachable with applicants, employers and colleagues, good follow up skills
  • Organised (able to balance out sales calls, interview schedule, CV referrals and integrity checks within time frames), overall must be able  to muti task and meet multiple deadlines without losing focus 
  • Good communication and follow up skills internally and externally
