Due to our rapid growth Nationally we require a Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent team Today in Western Cape who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates to join our Sales Team as a Financial Advisor.

Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct screening of candidates
Speaking to candidates daily telephonically
Research & Source candidates for Western & Eastern Cape & Bloemfontein for the Financial Advisory Division
Conduct interviews face to face (Eventually)
Conduct ITC, Criminal & Qualification Verifications
Conduct Online Research & Source Experienced Candidates for potential face to face interviews
Provide coordination support to all members of the whole team
Advertise posts across all recruitment portals and social media websites
Booking and confirming of interviews
Diary Management
Creating, formatting, proofreading and editing documents
Co-ordinate the publication of all documents within strict deadlines
Update and maintain logs of enquiries received and response given
Report daily, Weekly & Monthly on recruitment activities, statistics and placements for the region
Provide administrative assistance to the team with the development of surveys, trends and activities
Assisting with Recruitment Administrative duties
Candidate liaison, including responding to speculative CV submissions
Ensuring all registered candidates have submitted relevant proof of identification & Qualifications
Administer candidate files & checklists
Deal with incoming telephone calls and email enquiries to the team, assisting as appropriate to ensure that enquiries receive a response from an appropriate member of the team, some of which may be of a sensitive/confidential nature
Administering employment reference request
Planning & Organising adhoc recrtuiment projects
