Basic Salary + Commission

Our client needs an intellectual, with high energy levels, entrepreneurial mind-set & natural optimist!

Some duties will include:
• Source, headhunt and effectively screen job applicants
• Communication effectively and professionally with candidates
• Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment channels such as LinkedIn
• Conduct and schedule interviews
• Build and promote an employer brand and co-ordinate Silvertree representation at various speaker events
• Facilitate Visa application processes for foreign nationals.
• Implement and refine employee contracting and on-boarding procedures

Requirements to be met:
- Relevant completed tertiary qualification
- 3 Years + in full Recruiting, including direct headhunting, as well as working with agencies
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills with strong writing capabilities
- Strong sales mentality & brand awareness
- Must be tenacious, very self motivated & disciplined, and driven to design and implement effective processes
