We are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Administrator with at least 1 – 3 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry.

Salary – Negotiable with experience to offer

• General Office Administration
• Reception Duties
• Diary Management – Directors / Recruiters
• PA Duties to Directors
• Email correspondence
• Booking of Boardrooms daily
• Answering the phone – Inbound Calls
• Outbound Calls – Phone for new business – keep call list up to date
• Directing and transferring calls and messages to relevant departments
• Operations and Sales Administration
• Meeting and greeting all walk-in clients
• Responsible for offering all walk-in client’s refreshments
• Dealing / Corresponding with Regus staff about Maintenance / any office related issues.
• Liaising with candidates daily
• Responsible for capturing all candidate’s CV’s
• Conducting candidate reference calls
• Liaising with LexisNexis regarding candidate criminal and ITC checks, etc.
• Booking and Administering Criminal and ITC checks
• Ensuring all administration is completed daily
• Assisting candidates that struggle to upload their CV’s on the website / Website support
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints and resolving effectively
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
