This position will fall within the Client Service Centre of our client, a large Asset Management and Investments firm and the candidate will be reporting to the Client Service Manager. The job will require the candidate to work actively with the CSC Team Leaders and Client Service Managers to ensure that the recruitment process is as efficient as possible.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment requirements are met, and that all administrative tasks relating to the recruitment process are done timeously. The person will need to be flexible, energetic, trustworthy, organized, and methodical, self-disciplined and have very good communication skills.

Main responsibilities

Scheduling interviews, role plays and psychometric tests
Screening CV’s
Sending rejection letters
Liaising with recruitment agencies and direct candidates
Effective management of interview documentation
Updating recruitment information on SharePoint
Reference checks
Submitting job offers and finalising job contracts
Setting up and attending regular CSC recruitment meetings
Attending to recruiter invoices
Co-ordinating candidate relocation and travel arrangements
Planning and scheduling role play training for new Team Leaders
Capacity planning
Recruitment process analysis and reporting

Qualifications

Secretarial Diploma (advantageous)
3 – 5 years relevant working experience
Previous experience in financial services business would be viewed favourable
