A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant became available to join our dynamic team of Specialist Recruiters.

The functions of the position include full recruitment cycle:

Identifying and interviewing suitable candidates for specified positions
Conducting interviews
Looking after an existing client base
Client development (cold calling and visiting new clients)
Sourcing for new leads and specs
Enjoy full administrative support who will assist in taking of references and typing of CV’s

Minimum requirements:

3 years Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment essential
Proven track record of successful placements made
Experience in business development in the Recruitment industry essential
Must be target driven and tenacious
Matric not negotiable
Own car essential
