We are a generalist recruitment agency that thrives in rendering the best services to clients and attracting the most competent candidates in the market. We are seeking experienced professional self-employed recruiters who are not afraid to pick up the phone or do marketing to get in new clients for the company. The position is a work-from-home position.

This is a role where you need to hit the ground running and need to be confident in your ability as a recruiter to bring on new clients as there will be no contacts or clients handed over to you.

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
More than 3 years of recruitment experience
Entrepreneurial skills
Self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sales and marketing skills
Own laptop and internet

DUTIES:
Placing of adverts on Social Media/Internet
New Business Development – getting new clients and candidates for company and available positions
Once a week Skype meetings – feedback reports
Typing of cv's to be sent to clients on company format
