Job Description:
My brilliant client is seeking a Recruitment professional to join their top-notch team of Telemarketers and Support Desk agents. Amazing, supportive environment where each individual gives their best - anyone would be lucky to join this company. *This role will have a strong focus on Recruitment, assessment and selection, but will also include duties relating to staff Engagement, Growth and Development.* Salary of approx R15k per month - no commission will be available for this role. Minimum Requirements:
Matric / NQF Level 4; Qualification in HR would be highly beneficial; Fluent in English (and Afrikaans would be highly beneficial ); Minimum of 3 years experience within a full spectrum recruitment function, ideally in-house/internal recruitment but within agency environment will also be considered; Must be computer literate; Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with staff and management;
