We are seeking a passionate sales (recruitment) consultant to join our small but fast growing team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter or sales rep who has the skills and drive to shape the culture of our company as we grow our footprint in Gauteng. The recruiter / sales rep will be responsible for developing and expanding our Gauteng desk together with our team based in Cape Town.

Specific tasks pertaining to the role:
- Sourcing new businesses within regions allocated
- Development and maintenance of client base (min 30 client hospitals)
- Account Management for premiere clients
- Providing end to end recruitment services
- Meet Recruitment targets set

To be considered for this position you will need:
- A minimum of five years of recruitment experience, with a proven sales record
- Great people skills
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with clients
- Enjoy Travelling
- Self motivated and able to work alone
- Afrikaans language skills, both written & spoken
- Passion for recruitment and sales work
- Currently living in Gauteng with a home office
- Driver’s License and own transport
