Recruitment Specialist (3 Month Contract)
As a Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruitment and client satisfaction. You will assist in recruiting/sourcing for various positions within multiple lines of business (i.e. Finance, IT, FMCG, Engineering, Digital etc.). Additionally, you will work directly with hiring managers to successfully maintain a positive partnership. You are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
Responsibilities:
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes.
• Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess candidates for positions to exceed the client’s needs and expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
• Substantial Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
• Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing and confidential searches.
Job Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Expert experience developing successful sourcing strategies
• Minimum 3 years proven experience supporting full cycle, and niche requisitions.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, sensitive deadlines and competing priorities.
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to the client.
• Detailed Oriented
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent customer service delivery
• Strong presentation skills (verbal and in person)
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong experience attracting passive candidates.
• Highly professional written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
• Must exhibit strong organizational and follow through skills as well as interpersonal skills.
