R18000-R22000 per month TCTC

Requirements
Preference given to BEE candidates, post is open to south Africa citizens only
Relevant tertiary qualification
2 - 3 years’ experience in a recruitment environment preferably within a professional services environment
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
Must have a valid drivers license and own transport

Responsibilities
To ensure that recruitment initiatives take place at schools and universities
To manage the Schools Visit Portfolio which includes re-vamping current school initiatives
assist with the management of the Schools Portfolio
Maintaining relationships at key universities
Management of the Vacation Work Programme
Creating SOP’s for the relevant programmes
Building relationships within the team and business
Build and maintain relationships with students
Arranging certain recruitment showcases or career days
Handling the full recruitment function
Preparing and presenting presentations at schools and vacation work
Handling ad hoc duties as per operational requirements
Assisting at various events
