Position Description
Position: Recruitment Consultant
Reporting To: HR Manager in Johannesburg
Hours: 9.00-6.00 pm with flexibility for overtime as required
Location: Johannesburg, Bryanston
Salary: R15 000 per month
Key Objective:
Our Online English Courses include live group and private lessons for our students. First-language English teachers are hired for this purpose all over the world. We have a teaching center in Bryanston which supports the teachers who are locally located.

Your main responsibility is the recruitment and selection of qualified English teachers to meet the growing demands of the company. The recruitment representative is required to initiate and drive recruitment activities that help our team meet our ambitious targets.

Critical Tasks:
• Recruitment activities (Advertising, Careers Fairs, School Visits, etc)
• Administration (Processing applications, setting up interviews, recording details, etc)
• Reporting on recruitment activities on a weekly basis
• Customer service (telephone sales & client servicing)
• Training and applicant management
• Maintaining Database and website

Person Description
Preferred required Skills and Work Experience:
• Ideally Recruitment or Sales experience
• Customer/Client management
• Target-driven
• Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel

Educational:
• Preferably Academic degree qualified
