What you'll be doing:

? Competency based recruitment - there'll be training and some initial hand-holding
? Maintain and build relationships with clients
? Screen and interview applicants

The person we're looking for:

? Will have a Matric and relevant degree with Psychology / Industrial Psychology Background in HR environment will be an advantage
? Initiative, problem solving skills, people skills, tenacity, team player
? Good written and verbal communication skills

Remuneration: Commission based.
