Global workforce solutions company is looking to hire a seasoned Recruitment Consultant (Blue and White Collar sector).
Experience within the blue and white collar Staffing space is mandatory.
Winning candidate will receive a salary with commission and benefits.
Ideal candidate must be able to:

- Develop new business within the core business areas

- Research local activity to identify potential business opportunities and establish their value to the company

- Use a structured approach to telephone sales in order to establish contact with prospective clients

- Maintain regular contact with clients and support this with mail shots, marketing etc.

- “Spec out” suitable temporary and Contract applicants to potential clients

- Provide a quality service to ensure that new business can be maintained and developed

- Maximise business with existing clients

- Placement of Temporary and Contract staff

Sales driven and new business focused.
Able to bring new clients on-board.
Have bulk recruitment experience.
Strong existing network.
Target driven.
Enjoy calling and visiting clients as part of the role.
Must have own car.
2-5 years in similar role.
Proven experience in recruitment or sales.
Effective administration skills.
Quality focused.
Friendly and professional manner.
Confidence in working with people at all levels.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Knowledge of Adapt system is an advantage
