Our Recruitment Consultants are responsible for searching and finding the very best business professionals in the Engineering, IT and Finance industry as well as to provide recruitment advice and guidance to our national client base.

We have two screening criteria’s we use:

A history of excellent Achievements (Personal, School, Tertiary or Work) coupled with one of the following:

If you have no prior experience your application will be considered if you have a degree as well as display potential for exceptional client service skills, outstanding communication ability (verbal and written) and an attitude of willingness coupled with a desire to learn.

AND/OR

Previous telesales with a desire to break into a recruitment industry

AND/OR

Previous recruitment experience in a similar sales driven environment
