• Ability to understand your client’s needs and recruit accordingly

• Develop Client and Candidate database
• Understanding of the recruitment industry is essential
• Proven demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing the business – Business development
• Service orientation
• Ability to continually improve on recruitment practices through training and self-reflection
• Good conduct related to team work or in an individual capacity

Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 2 years external recruitment experience
• A degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing or related
• Exposure to marketing and cold calling/telemarketing
• Excellent and effective communication skills, verbal and written.
• Research ability essential
