A small recruitment agency based in Silvamonte Johannesburg (near Sandringham) is looking to recruit an experienced Temp Desk / bulk Recruitment / Labour Broker Consultant to bring in new business, do temporary / contract placements and run temp desk. Working hours 8.00am to 5.00pm with one hour lunch.

Administration of temp / contract staff
Business Development, bringing in new clients / contracts for temps / bulk recruitment
Increase companny revenue
Cold calling to get new clients
Client Visits
Sourcing candidates and screening CVs
Interviewing candidates
Any other duties required of candidate
Must have a relevant qualification
+ 5 years experience working as a temp desk/ bulk recruiter
Strong sales experience (Must bring in new business)
Must have own client base
must be able to bring in new business from the onset
Willing to work in a small office where there is potential for growth
Must have drivers licence and own car
Able to work on their own and able to swim when thrown into the deep end
Able to work under pressure
