Roles & Responsibilities

Must be able to network and attract business.
Must have marketing and business development skills.
Must be willing to visit, build and develop relationships with clients and candidates;
Must have a good understanding of potential/existing client companies, industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
Must be experienced in advertising vacancies through drafting and placing adverts on a range of portals
Must be able to headhunt, identifying and approaching suitable employed/unemployed candidates;
Must be able to match candidate in a databases to client specifications ;
Receiving and reviewing applications, book and managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits;
Must be able to prepare CVs and correspondence to clients;
Must be able to negotiate salaries pay and finalize arrangements between client and candidates;
Must be able to offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
Working towards and exceeding targets.

Minimum Requirements

· 3 – 4 years professional recruitment working experience
· 360 degrees recruitment (must be able bring own clients)

Benefits:
Basic salary R15 000-R25 000 p.m ( depending on experience ) + excellent commission
