PACKAGE: R 8,000 – R 10,000.00 + COMMISSION
START DATE: IMMEDIATELY

INTRODUCTION
Our dynamic team has a vacancy for a Recruitment Specialist / Consultant based in Centurion to bring in new business, do intermediate to executive placements and fulfil a full recruitment function. If you are someone who prefers to manage your own desk and work in a company with amazing support and high commission structure then this is the position for you. We offer flexibility with great working hours.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• RSA Citizens only
• Minimum Grade 12
• Reside in Centurion or a maximum of 15km from Centurion
• Available IMMEDIATELY
• (MUST) At least 2-4 years’ practical experience within a Recruiting Position
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Experience with internet and web marketing
• Be computer literate with extensive experience in MS Office Suite, especially with respect to Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
• Excellent command of the English (written and verbal)
• Must be able to communicate across all levels
• Willing to work in a small office where there is potential for growth
• Strong sales experience (Must bring in new business)

JOB DESCRIPTION (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
• General administration
• Business development and sourcing new clients including cold calling and maintaining existing clients
• Increase company revenue
• Securing clients and negotiating fees
• Ensuring signatures of all required documents from Clients and prospective candidates
• Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies
• Writing external advertisements
• Screening and qualifying candidates
• Conduct competency based interviews
• Conduct references on applicants
• Conduct background checks
• Prepare candidates profiles for vacancies
• Closing candidates on salaries
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Debriefing candidates after interviews
• Extending offers for successful candidates and make necessary arrangements for candidate to start on the required date
• Completing payment certificates and sending to finance
• Conduct a three month follow up with candidates and employers to determine success of placement
• Any other duties required to fulfil the placement of a successful candidate
