No previous recruitment experience needed. Looking for fresh graduates at University level, or, graduated individuals with a background in direct sales.

Job Description:
Your job description will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Attracting, identifying and screening top finance professionals in the Western Cape
Conducting face to face interviews
Conducting in-depth reference checks
Researching companies and industries
Marketing your top candidates to companies through-out the Western Cape
Assisting candidates in helping them be prepared for their interviews with companies
Understanding their interest and concerns and help them to reach a career decision
Following up with clients as to their process and always being one step ahead, by understanding their needs and pro-actively making sure that you’re delivering services to the best possible standard
Verifying criminal, credit and qualification checks through an external service provider
Being 100% accurate and up to date with your admin
Writing ads for exciting positons
Being a social media champion in attracting the right level of candidates
Becoming a super-user of various job portals
Your outcomes will be managed via very specific KPAs which you’ll need to achieve
Placing these candidates at companies and following up with them regularly to make sure that the candidate is settling in and the client is satisfied with their performance
