Requirements:

Matric (Essential)
A qualification in Human Resource Management
Minimum of two years' recruiting experience (Essential)
APSO accredited (advantageous)
An understanding of recruitment methodologies and strategies
Experienced in writing good ads (Essential)
Experience in call center and sales placements (Essential)
On-boarding experience
Sound profiling experience
An ability to write ads with an understanding of keyword and SEO
The ability to recruit a wide spectrum of roles and cross pollinate job roles in order to place the right candidate
