Job Description:
Recruitment Consultants are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with clients companies. They work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. The role requires sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment. Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to clients in line with agreed client requirements.
