RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – HYDEPARK (SANDTON)
MUST have Degree or equivalent Diploma otherwise application WILL NOT be considered.
A large Call Centre based in Sandton requires an experienced Recruitment Consultant very urgently.
Salary: R10 000 – R14 000 depending on experience plus incentives for reaching targets
 
Qualifications required:

• Between 27 – 35 years old
• 3rd year Degree or equivalent Diploma – NON-Negotiable
• Advanced Excel
• 5-8 years working experience preferably in a recruitment environment, if in a Call Centre Environment, preference will be given
• Accuracy with attention to detail

 
Duties include, but are not limited to

• Completion of end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that weekly new trainee intake targets are met
• Identification of suitable candidates that meet the key criteria for various vacancies within the business
• Ensuring that new trainees coming into the business are a correct match and have been identified as being able to go permanent within the business
• Meeting and exceeding weekly targets as prescribed by management and to meet the specific growth requirements of the business
