We require a Recruitment Consultant with technical perm experience who is already in Cape Town. Must be capable of all aspects of the function from upfront cold calling through to delivering the suitable candidate, and finalising the sale.

• Only candidates with a proven track record of technical, artisan and engineering placements in the Cape Town market will be considered.
• We are looking for an already established Cape Town consultant who will add value to our existent team and possibly bring ideas and client of his/ her own to the table.
• Candidates with a predominantly outsource or labour broking background will not be considered for this role.
• Required experience will be in Engineering and Production related operations within the Cape Town area.
• Your market and people knowledge combined with an already established operational and client knowledge will be essential.
• Ability to establish, maintain and mature client relationships in the Production and FMCG engineering sector will have been proved by contactable ongoing clients who will give you a reference.
• Your working knowledge of computer systems and modern recruitment techniques will be essential to secure this position.
