Overview

Are you a detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, self-starter who understands the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function? Can you source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings? If so, we need you! We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with 2-3 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team and help us acquire our most valuable asset: OUR PEOPLE. In this position you will be involved in all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, hire for a variety of operations and corporate roles across branches, nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships-all while having FUN doing it!

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

? Design various recruitment strategies for all candidates.
? Collate all competitive data and manage all communication with team and develop effective relationships with hiring manager to implement various strategies.
? Develop and maintain relationship with all recruitment process outsource managers.
? Design an efficient network for all regions and provide various sourcing strategies and perform various retention activities.
? Design and maintain effective relationships with all business partners.
? Maintain subject matter expertise & assist to source all candidates as per customer requirements.
? Prepare an efficient network and design efficient workflow strategies for all internal and external research.
? Coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate all metrics into all talent acquisition systems.
? Maintain and efficient and healthy system at all times and design various recruitment strategies and maintain pool of candidates at all times.
? Collaborate with hiring managers and design all recruitment plans.
? Provide support to all customers and analyse all business strategies and achieve all objectives and maintain efficient relationships with all business leaders.
? Perform various candidate search through efficient internet technology and participate in various cold calls to attain potential candidates and screen all candidates for interviews.
? Administer and maintain various requisition folders.
? Monitor all sourcing activities and manage all corporate resources and implement all applicant tacking systems and collaborate with hiring manager to perform all interviews.
? Manage all communication with candidates and schedule all interviews and make required travel arrangements and participate in screening process & review all candidate qualifications.
? Facilitate and monitor the induction and probationary period;
? Conduct workforce profile analysis to establish future staffing requirements.
Reporting
Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.
1. Execute full recruiting cycle including research/evaluation, sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding
2. Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
3. Post open positions on websites; write and place advertisements in various media
4. Screen applicants over the phone, schedule and conduct in-person interviews
5. Work with Compliance to conduct background checks and schedule pre-employment physicals
6. Perform reference checks on applicants
7. Collaborate and consult with Hiring Managers on top applicants
8. Manage the selection, offer, negotiation and closing of candidates
9. Participate in the Sales Academy recruiting program and attend various on-campus events
10. Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, professional associations and other organizations to find and attract applicants
11. Assist with employer branding initiative
12. Help facilitate monthly onboarding trainings
13. Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis of programs and approaches
14. Assist the HR department with other human resources areas such as benefits administration, employee relations and activities planning, and
employee customer service
Most important responsibility:

? Conduct and validate statutory requirements and checks in line with FSB and Regulatory standards in the Financial and Insurance industry.

Required qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree required
? Up to 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
? Knowledge and experience using social media to attract new talent
? Willingness to day-travel throughout Eastern Cape regions for career fairs and assist branches with interviewing
? Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), would be an advantage
? Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
? High ability and willingness to learn new things
? Knowledge of local, state, and labour laws

Skills
? Accomplished communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to take the initiative and work well under pressure, ensuring strict deadlines are met, as successfully demonstrated
? Flexibility, whilst maintaining enthusiasm and commitment to each project
? Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
