We are looking for a high-performing recruitment consultant to join its West Rand (Roodepoort) team to manage national and international clients.
The successful applicant will typically be a highly driven A-player and achiever that will work against tight sales targets, work very long hours and who is willing to build a highly successful career.
Only highly driven and success-orientated individuals who are also willing to work after hours should apply.
Requirements:
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Highly intelligent, very disciplined and well-presented self-starter, outgoing and spontaneous, driven, success-orientated A-Type personality.
• The successful applicant will be courageous and competitive, honest and who has huge amount of integrity and who is extremely passionate about his/her job.
• Matric with at least 3 years working experience
• Applicants with a strong sales background will enjoy preference.
• The successful candidate must have a proven track-record and exemplary references. An additional qualification, i.e. Certification, Diploma and/or degree in Human Resources and/or training in Recruitment will be an advantage but not essential.
• At least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Must not be bound to a restraint of trade agreement.
• The company will provide basic training and full support within the first three months probationary period.
Remuneration:
Execz is known to pay the highest commissions in the industry.
Besides very lucrative commissions, a basic salary, is offered.
The successful incumbent will determine his/her own income.
