Recruitment Facilitator EE - Durban

Internal Recruitment role for competent recruiter with a min Grade 12 qualification and approx. 4yrs experience in recruitment. HR qualification is an advantage.
This role is best suited to someone with a keen eye for detail, meticulous and able to multitask. As apart of a wider recruitment team, you would need to display proven team work abilities, and contribute with offering innovative recruitment solutions including the ability to conduct direct search methodologies in scarce skill areas.
The successful incumbent must exhibit a desire to keep up with recruiting trends, keeping tabs on up and coming recruitment practices and staying a step ahead of industry competitors. This would include experience with the use of assessment tools, tracking feedback & success of advertising methods, reporting, competency based interviewing and standard recruitment and selection processes.
