A leading Online HR and Recruitment Company based in Paarl, has an opportunity for a top performing HR Intern to join our professional management team.
The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to the Management team.
This will be an excellent opportunity to become of part and gain experience with one of South Africa’s most innovative online recruitment and HR specialist.
The ideal candidate will be competent, self-motivated with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Positive attitude and willingness to perform under pressure. Highly computer literate and energetic, must enjoy working with people and have patience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
Prepare word, excel and PowerPoint documents.
Manage pre- employment process.
Manage candidate database registrations
Ensure accuracy and quality of candidate details
Assist candidates in registration process
Interview and process candidates’ applications
Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
Properly handle client or candidate request through responsiveness, follow up and escalation.
Work Proactively with other team members
Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joined projects.
Openly share new ideas and suggestions.

QUALIFICATION
Min. Tertiary Qualification in Human Recourses

This position will be based in Paarl.
