Black Pen Recruitment is an expert recruitment consultancy specialised in the business process outsourcing and foreign language support sector with offices right in the heart of Cape Town. You will play a key role in coordinating all recruitment activities and and give support to our diverse and dynamic HR team during the entire cycle of the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication skills as well as good email etiquette
• Good general computer and internet literacy, e.g. MS Office applications, Dropbox, Google docs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent written and spoken English with an ability to communicate professionally
• Other South African or foreign language skills advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment that requires quick reaction and decision-making
• Ability to remain strictly confidential
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and/or assignments simultaneously
• Team player with a proactive, positive mindset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with and assist the Recruitment team throughout the full-life cycle of recruiting
• Assist with resume and candidate screening
• Scheduling phone, skype and on-site interviews and coordinating meeting logistics
• Maintain our internal database and filing system
• Pro-actively maintain up-to-date job postings, create job descriptions and report to the supervising recruiter
• Participate in HR activities and help wherever needed in recruiting cycle
