An established and niche recruitment agency in the Northern Suburbs (close to N1 City) seeks to offer a Recruitment Internship to a highly motivated learner who is passionate about a career in Recruitment or HR and who will recognise the importance of the role that recruitment plays within the Human Resources context.

Our agency was established in 2001 as a generalist recruitment service provider, servicing some of the most prestigious corporates and multi-nationals in Cape Town and Gauteng. We endeavour to transfer the knowledge gained over 20 years of industry experience which will consist of industry expertise, labour law, interviewing and selection skills, reference checking as well as valuable administrative knowledge which will equip you to successfully run a recruitment function within an agency or corporate environment.

The successful Recruitment Internship Recruit should possess the following:
• A minimum Grade 12/Matric Certificate
• Unemployed HR Diploma/Degree Graduates
• The ability to multitask and deliver to deadlines under pressure
• A strong customer service and team oriented approach
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written language skills
• A passion for new business / sales environment
