Recruitment Manager

You will be responsible for the following tasks
• As a part of the Human Resources management team, assist in driving the execution of the human resources strategy through building strong cross-functional relationships with your HR colleagues who will act as custodians for your procedures, policies and methodologies within their business units.
• In line with the Human Resources Strategy; develop, drive and ensure the consistent execution of the recruitment strategies and processes for the business, with the aim of enhancing the capability and performance potential of the organisation.
• Design the recruitment processes, policies and procedures that continuously deliver
• Through applying the appropriate recruitment methodologies, ensure that we are employing the most suitable, capable and committed people into the organization whilst ensuring that we facilitate the transformation and diversity agenda of the business by applying the employment equity guidelines.
• A key component is the growth potential of the individual being hired in order to ensure that we are not only delivering on the strategy, but we are building a capable and sustainable organisation.

Mimimum requirements
• Grade 12 certificate
• Degree (Commerce or HR Related)
• Postgrad advantageous
• Minimum 5- 8 years’ experience within Recruitment both within agency and corporate environment
• Minimum 2 -3 years’ management experience
• Generalist experience advantageous
• Experience within an manufacturing/engineering environment preferred
