Introduction

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Manager who will implement appropriate procedures to follow to ensure a proactive recruitment service
Description
Education and Minimum Requirements

Minimum required qualification:Matric and Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum required experience: Must have more than five years General Human Resources experience.
Must have specialized experience in recruitment.
Must have experience of recruiting within the South African legislative framework

Responsibilities

Receive monthly workforce plan
Implement appropriate procedures to follow to ensure an proactive recruitment service
Implement innovative digital tools for recruitment new age employees.
Review documentation to ensure appropriate approval has been obtained; else refer back to business to get approval.
Quality control of resourcing team deliverables
Monitoring of SLA adherence, deviations and assist to try and adhere to agreements
Tracking time to recruit, cost of recruitment other metrics to do improvements and management reporting
Performance management and development of team
Regular meetings with line to ensure business needs are met
Regular meetings with Centre of excellence to ensure business needs are met
Final checks on employment contracts, process followed, documentation for filing before offers are made
Check on-boarding pack for completion and send to Payroll department
Follow up on-boarding and pre-employment compliance
Ensure continuous surveys to get feedback on service and client experience
Training and developing of team members
