Duties and responsibilities

Full recruitment administration function
Understanding the firm recruitment strategy and ensuring EE/AA targets are met.
Screen and manage the recruitment mailbox and other online platforms daily.
Set up and conduct preliminary screening interviews or first round interviews for positions that fall within the role‘s parameters.
Setting up appointments with the graduate recruitment panel to interview candidates.
Being the point of contact with the candidate and the firm throughout the recruitment process and ensuring first class customer service to all parties involved, ensuring feedback during all stages of the recruitment process.
Coordinating with the HR Admin team to ensure that integrity checks (credit, criminal, reference) are conducted (and all data has been stored for audit purposes).
Responsible for recruitment of candidates for the graduate program (at the direction of the Professional Development Manager).
Maintain and manage our database of recruitment partners i.e. Universities etc.
Reviewing assessment results and providing feedback to the Professional Development Manager within the bounds of recruitment policy.

Qualification/s

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
HR or Marketing related degree/diploma-essential
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role.
Valid driver’s licence and own transport
