Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Recruitment Officer to take responsibility for Recruitment, Selection and general HR support of Head Office Departments, primarily focusing on all IT and Communication Department related vacancies
Key performance areas:
? Ascertain Talent Needs
? Conduct Job Analysis
? Source and Attract Talent
? Recruitment
? Facilitate Employee Take-on process
? Advisory and Support Function
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a Bachelor (or equivalent 3 year) Degree in HR
? Honours Degree will be an advantage
? Professional Registration: HPCSA Registration (Psychometrist); Registration with a Recruitment / HR Board
? 3 - 5 Years Recruitment experience in a Corporate Environment is essential
? 1 - 2 Years E-Recruitment Platform Experience
? 1 – 2 Years IT Recruitment experience
? Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
? Must be able to work with people on all levels
? Excellent communicating skills (written & verbal)
? Excellent computer literacy
