To assist the Senior IT Recruiter with the functions of Recruitment, Selection and general HR support of Head Office Departments, primarily focussing on all IT and Communication Department related vacancies

Essential requirements :

3 year Bachelor Degree or equivalent HR related tertiary qualification
4 years Honours Degree
Professional Board Registration
HPCSA registration as a Psychometrist
Registration with a recruitment or HR board
5 years Recruitment experience in Corporate
1-2 years E-Recruitment Platform experience
2-3 years IT Recruitment experience
3-5 years Competency-based interviewing skills
Retail recruitment experience advantageous
IT positions/organisation/structures/industry
Recruitment Procedures and Best Practice
Labour legislation
Competency-based management principles
HR Principles/Recruitment Principles
